🚀 Déménager à Barcelona - French Junior Campaign Specialist (Google Ads)

Teleperformance Spain is looking for a creative, data-driven French Marketing Campaign Specialist in Barcelona.

What you will do :

In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help develop their first online advertising campaigns, with the potential for a significant impact on their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.

1. Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard and develop PPC campaigns.
2. Detect and understand the customer’s needs and objectives.
3. Be responsible for increasing spend, upselling, and sustainability.
4. Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.

Requirements :

• BA / BS degree or equivalent (MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business goals.
• Team player capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Native level of French and high level of English.
