Role and Responsibilities
- Partner to hire with managers and POP to understand the capacity plan and business needs
- Share talent market trends and size pipeline needs
- Source, attract & qualify the best candidates using the best recruitment channels and selection tools
- Ensure a great candidate experience all along the recruitment process
- Run efficiently and with accuracy Talent Acquisition process and tools
- Report and learn from data and KPI’s to suggest improvements of user experiences and enhance our talent acquisition processes and policies

Qualifications
