Project Manager – Digital Transformation & Smart Manufacturing (France – Remote)
Fluency (B2 / C1 / C2) in both French and English required

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be the central coordinator for complex, cross‑functional automation and digital transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include :
- Leading multi‑disciplinary teams across automation, IT‑OT integration, data science, and manufacturing
- Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and closure
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client expectations
- Coordinating with global client stakeholders from shop floor to executive level
- Overseeing budgets, resources, risks, and project governance
- Driving value realization for clients by achieving measurable improvements in KPIs such as OEE, yield, and downtime reduction
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience delivering industrial automation or digital transformation projects
- Strong track record managing multi‑stakeholder programs in manufacturing environments
- Experience working with automation, IoT / OT technologies, and manufacturing systems
- International, multi‑site project experience
- PMP®, PRINCE2®, or Agile certification strongly preferredKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Industry 4.0 / 5.0 concepts is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in both English and French
