Job Description

Within the Human Resources department and reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for the agenda and successful delivery of all strategic HR projects within the company. You will also oversee several key HR areas: HR Development, HR Innovation & AI, HRIS, HR Reporting, and Culture & Responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

• Define the HR strategic vision and initiatives, develop roadmaps and governance, lead projects, and coordinate AI and automation initiatives.
• Design and implement the learning & development strategy, including training programs and skill‑building initiatives.
• Lead engagement, inclusivity, and well‑being initiatives across the organization.
• Enhance HR data analytics and dashboards, conduct data‑driven reviews and reporting, and manage legal HR data compliance.
• Coordinate HRIS budgeting, system maintenance, and minor updates within SAP SuccessFactors.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Strategy, or Organizational Management.
• 6–8 years of experience managing strategic HR projects across diverse topics.
• Strong strategic planning and operational execution skills with an interest in HR innovation.

Required Skills

• Project management experience leading large HR initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills (nested/conditional formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Analytical ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Adaptability and agility in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with HRIS maintenance and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
