Job Description:

• This position is based at our client's site in Vitry-sur-Seine.
• As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment regulations at the client's site during our subcontractors' work (qualification/maintenance of scientific equipment).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting required documents during our subcontractors' work on the client's site (authorizations, training certificates, familiarization with prevention plans, posted worker declarations, etc.),
• Participating in the supplier approval process,
• Participating in the renewal of prevention plans,
• Welcoming contractors to the client's site,
• Collecting protocols from our subcontractors,
• Verifying reports in compliance with the requirements of the standard.

Your profile:

• Experience/knowledge in QHSE
• Diploma or Bac+2 to Bac+3 level or equivalent experience
• Rigor, customer service focus, interpersonal skills
• Laboratory, pharmaceutical, or industrial environment
• Professional English (reading, writing, and speaking)
