Job Description
As an EMEA Retail Marketing Specialist, integrated within the Global Retail team, you will play a key role in executing retail marketing initiatives across France, Benelux, and the Nordics. You will drive impactful campaigns and product launches both online and in‑store, enhance Withings’ online presence, optimize product listings, A+ content, and retail media performance, and maximize visibility and conversion.
Trade Marketing & Retail Execution
- Manage the marketing budget with the Key Account Manager, optimize investments based on ROI and performance results.
- Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to support key commercial moments and boost visibility and sell‑out performance.
- Conduct systematic post‑mortem analyses for each action to evaluate performance, identify learnings, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the co‑construction and enhancement of tools that enable performance tracking and post‑mortem analysis, ensuring data‑driven decision making.
- Coordinate the development of in‑store materials (POS, displays, leaflets, catalogues) in collaboration with the internal creative studio.
- Ensure best‑in‑class online product presence, including optimized assets, enriched A+ content, and consistent review management.
- Plan, execute, and optimise retail media campaigns (Criteo, Valiuz) to maximise visibility, traffic, and conversion across retail partners.
- Act as a key interface between the marketing team, Key Account Managers, and retail partners to ensure seamless implementation of 360° campaigns.
Product Launches & Go‑To‑Market Support
- Contribute to online asset strategies for new retail launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Studio teams.
- Support product listings, content development, and promotional tools to ensure successful online and in‑store rollouts.
- Plan and coordinate review campaigns to strengthen product visibility and consumer trust.
- Conduct post‑launch analyses and continuous listing optimisation to maximise performance and visibility.
Retail Activations & Trainings
- Support the planning and execution of retail activations and brand experiences with key partners.
- Ensure brand consistency and impactful visibility across all retail touchpoints.
- Contribute to local adaptation of campaign toolkits and promotional plans.
- Support the creation of training materials to empower sales teams and enhance execution in the field.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure full alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to campaign reporting, ROI tracking, and post‑activity performance analysis.
- Share learnings and best practices to continuously improve retail marketing effectiveness across the region.
Requirements
- First successful experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Category Management preferred (internship or apprenticeship accepted).
- Strong strategic mindset and understanding of the retail ecosystem (in‑store and online).
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and across regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with retail media platforms (Criteo, Valiuz, etc.) is strongly appreciated.
- Skilled in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) for content adaptation and creative coordination is strongly appreciated.
- Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
