We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBU Manager) to support our global manufacturing operations. This is a highly visible role for a hands‑on, strategic HR leader who thrives in complex, multicultural environments and brings deep expertise in manufacturing and change leadership.
As we advance toward Manufacturing 4.0—where human expertise works alongside smart technologies—you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability.
Key Missions
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic HR partner to our global manufacturing leadership team
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies across direct and indirect employee populations
- Support and guide organizational transitions such as plant closures, expansions, or automation initiatives
- Champion change management, cultural transformation, and employee engagement
- Drive HR initiatives that enable lean, agile, and tech‑enabled operations
- Partner with regional HR and COEs to ensure alignment across functions (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning, etc.)
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, labor law compliance (especially in France and EMEA), and workforce resilience
What You Bring
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role
- Proven HR leadership within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and manage complex organizational change
- Strong knowledge of lean principles, continuous improvement, and future‑of‑work trends
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with culturally diverse teams
- Ability to influence and coach senior leaders, both locally and globally
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday or SuccessFactors), Excel, and PowerPoint
Language Requirements
- English : Fluent / professional working proficiency (mandatory)
- French : Native or fluent (strongly preferred)
- Additional language(s) a plus
Education
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
