Role: Senior Account Executive

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Account Executive , you’ll own the full sales cycle and be responsible for 100% of recurring revenue in your market, combining new business, account development, and renewals.

  • Drive new customer acquisition through consultative, value-based selling
  • Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts to grow revenue
  • Manage renewals and ensure long-term client success
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit commercial team
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across industries

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or similar consultative environments
  • Proven track record of closing deals and owning full sales cycles
  • Experience managing renewals and account expansion
  • A hunter’s mindset with a consultative, value-based approach
  • Experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or Modjo
  • Interest in social impact or CSR-related industries

Compensation

  • Base salary: up to €100K
  • OTE: up to €200K (70/30 split preferred)
  • Contractor / Freelance only — flexible engagement structure
