Role: Senior Account Executive
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Account Executive , you’ll own the full sales cycle and be responsible for 100% of recurring revenue in your market, combining new business, account development, and renewals.
- Drive new customer acquisition through consultative, value-based selling
- Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts to grow revenue
- Manage renewals and ensure long-term client success
- Collaborate with a tight-knit commercial team
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across industries
This role is strategically important and highly autonomous, perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth, purpose-led environment.

- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or similar consultative environments
- Proven track record of closing deals and owning full sales cycles
- Experience managing renewals and account expansion
- A hunter’s mindset with a consultative, value-based approach
- Experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or Modjo
- Interest in social impact or CSR-related industries
Compensation
- Base salary: up to €100K
- OTE: up to €200K (70/30 split preferred)
- Contractor / Freelance only — flexible engagement structure
