GANNI is looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to join our global wholesale team! In this strategic role, you will take full ownership of developing and growing the markets across the EMEA region. You will manage key accounts, lead regional Area Managers, and drive performance across categories — all while ensuring GANNI’s elevation and brand presence is consistently executed across your scope.

As Wholesale Sales Manager

As Wholesale Sales Manager, you will oversee the development and performance of GANNI’s wholesale business across the EMEA. You’ll be responsible for managing key partners directly, while also guiding Area Managers in the region. You will ensure that our wholesale strategy is successfully implemented across doors, partners, and markets, aligning both business results and brand vision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow GANNI’s wholesale business in the EMEA, including department stores, independents, and key accounts.
  • Manage and mentor regional Area Managers to ensure consistency, alignment and performance within your territory.
  • Own and drive the P&L and seasonal budgets for your market, ensuring all commercial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with buyers and wholesale clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Conduct in-depth seasonal market analysis and develop sales plans and product strategies accordingly.
  • Lead showroom sales campaigns, including preparation, collection presentations, OTB negotiations, and follow‑up.
  • Oversee in‑season management: reorders, swaps, performance reviews and sell‑through monitoring.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Operations, VM and Marketing to ensure commercial and brand alignment.
  • Support launches, collaborations, exclusives and wholesale activations across the region.
  • Deliver feedback and insights to HQ to influence future collections and go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Coordinate wholesale calendar and internal deadlines in alignment with EMEA and global teams.

Must Have Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in international wholesale, preferably in premium or contemporary fashion.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L ownership, sales budgets and strategic planning.
  • Excellent skills in collection buying, sell‑through analysis and OTB negotiations.
  • Proven leadership experience – capable of managing and developing Area Managers or commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and full proficiency in Excel and wholesale tools (Joor, Skypad, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning and elevation strategy in a competitive fashion landscape.
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable with regular travel across your markets.

What Else?

You will be based in our Paris office, but regular travel across the EMEA region will be required as part of the role.
