Sales Operations Lead (maternity leave replacement)
Location: Paris office. This role supports regional teams to amplify revenue, improve sales productivity, set business rhythm and operations, and shape the Snapchat experience for advertisers. This is a 9-month maternity leave cover.
Overview
The mission of the Sales Operations Strategy group is to maximize ads business growth and performance by being the objective, trusted partner to Leadership through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. You’ll partner with Sales and cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Marketing, Finance) to set strategy, generate impactful insights, provide recommendations and manage commercial execution-oriented initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Strategy: work with the General Manager of France and the EMEA Leadership team to identify, define, launch and operationalize initiatives. This includes identifying market opportunities and gaps, deploying data-driven resourcing strategies, pinpointing revenue blockers, surfacing cross-sell and upsell opportunities, developing stakeholder relationships, embedding critical metrics, and communicating recommendations to Sales Managers and leadership. Establish a unified go-to-market strategy across France and another European market.
- Revenue & Forecast: develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts; collaborate with finance and sales leadership to align projections; analyze variance between actual and forecasted revenue; transform raw revenue data into actionable insights through reports and trend analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree or equivalent preferred; 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or similar functions; Fluency in French and English (German is a plus).
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: strong partnership with Sales and cross-functional teams; structured, analytical problem-solving with actionable business insights; ability to drive org-wide adoption of strategic/operational changes; clear, compelling recommendations with follow-through; advanced Excel/Google Sheets with model-building experience; excellent verbal and written communication; ability to initiate and drive projects with minimal guidance; proven project management across cross-functional teams.
