Le département RSC Appels d’Offres et Développement de Projets recherche un(e) Responsable de la Stratégie de Formation dynamique et stratégique pour concevoir, harmoniser et déployer des cadres de formation complets à destination des équipes clés du développement de projets et de certains rôles spécifiques tels que Responsable Développement, Responsable de Sous-Système ou Planificateur. This role will ensure alignment across training programs, identify common core competencies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for organizing logistics training, coaching trainers, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • 1. StratĂ©gie & Conception
    • Identifier, concevoir et mettre en Ĺ“uvre une variĂ©tĂ© de supports et mĂ©thodes de formation (ateliers en prĂ©sentiel, modules e-learning, simulations via des jeux sĂ©rieux, apprentissage mixte, coaching sur le terrain) adaptĂ©s aux profils d’apprenants et aux contextes opĂ©rationnels.
    • DĂ©finir une stratĂ©gie de formation unifiĂ©e pour les rĂ´les de leadership technique (ex. : Responsable de Sous-Système, Responsable DĂ©veloppement).
    • Identifier et dĂ©velopper des thèmes et compĂ©tences transversales aux diffĂ©rents mĂ©tiers.
    • Collaborer avec les experts mĂ©tier pour garantir la pertinence des contenus et leur alignement avec les objectifs de l’organisation.
  • 2. DĂ©veloppement & DĂ©ploiement des Programmes
    • Superviser et contribuer au dĂ©veloppement et Ă  la mise en Ĺ“uvre des modules de formation, en assurant leur cohĂ©rence et leur qualitĂ©.
    • Coordonner les initiatives de formation parallèles pour Ă©viter les doublons et favoriser les synergies.
    • Mettre en place des boucles de retour d’expĂ©rience pour amĂ©liorer continuellement l’efficacitĂ© des formations.
  • 3. Organisation & Coordination
    • Planifier et gĂ©rer les calendriers, ressources et logistique des formations.
    • Garantir la livraison des sessions de formation dans les dĂ©lais, Ă  travers les dĂ©partements et les zones gĂ©ographiques.
    • Assurer le suivi et la documentation de la participation et des rĂ©sultats des formations.
  • 4. Communication & Accompagnement du Changement
    • ĂŠtre le point de contact central pour toutes les communications liĂ©es Ă  la formation.
    • Promouvoir la sensibilisation et l’engagement via les canaux de communication internes.
    • Accompagner les efforts de conduite du changement liĂ©s Ă  l’adoption des formations et Ă  leur intĂ©gration culturelle.
  • 5. Coaching & Accompagnement des Formateurs
    • Coacher et accompagner les formateurs internes pour amĂ©liorer la qualitĂ© et l’impact des formations.
    • Animer des sessions de formation de formateurs et assurer un soutien continu.
    • CrĂ©er une communautĂ© de pratique entre formateurs pour favoriser le partage de connaissances et la collaboration.

Profil recherché

  • DiplĂ´me Bac+3/Bac+5 en ingĂ©nierie, Ă©ducation, dĂ©veloppement organisationnel ou domaine connexe.
  • ExpĂ©rience avĂ©rĂ©e en stratĂ©gie de formation, conception pĂ©dagogique ou dĂ©veloppement du leadership technique.
  • Bonne comprĂ©hension des rĂ´les techniques et des compĂ©tences dans un environnement de dĂ©veloppement produit.
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences organisationnelles, relationnelles et en communication.
  • ExpĂ©rience en coaching, animation et gestion des parties prenantes.

Compétences souhaitées

  • MaĂ®trise des systèmes de gestion de l’apprentissage (LMS) et des outils numĂ©riques de formation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Design
    • Identify, design, and implement a variety of training materials and delivery methods—such as in-person workshops, e-learning modules, simulation through serious games, blended learning and on-the-job coaching—to best suit the needs of different learner profiles and operational contexts.
    • Define a unified training strategy for technical leadership roles (e.g.: Sub-System Manager, Chief of Development).
    • Identify and develop common core themes and competencies across different roles/metiers.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content relevance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • 2. Program Development & Deployment
    • Oversee and contribute to the development and deployment of training modules, ensuring consistency and quality.
    • Coordinate parallel training initiatives to avoid duplication and promote synergy.
    • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • 3. Organization & Coordination
    • Plan and manage training calendars, resources, and logistics.
    • Ensure timely delivery of training sessions across departments and geographies.
    • Maintain documentation and tracking of training participation and outcomes.
  • 4. Communication & Change Management
    • Act as the central point of contact for all training-related communications.
    • Promote awareness and engagement through internal communication channels.
    • Support change management efforts related to training adoption and cultural integration.
  • 5. Coaching & Trainer Enablement
    • Coach and mentor internal trainers to enhance delivery quality and engagement.
    • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience in training strategy, instructional design, or engineering leadership development.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and competencies in product development environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
  • Certification in coaching, instructional design, or project management (e.g., ICF, ATD, PMP).
  • Multilingual capabilities and experience in international environments.
