Job Description

As a product manager on the PlayPlay product team—comprising PMs, product designers, and motion designers—you will define, craft, and ship world‑class products from discovery through launch. Generative AI is a central focus of our roadmap, and we are looking for someone experienced with AI‑powered products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap and vision, prioritising initiatives on a semesterly basis.
• Gather stakeholder and market insights to shape strategy, staying on top of AI trends and the competitive landscape.
• Conduct deep user research—qualitative studies, pricing evaluation, and AI model assessment—to uncover pain points and define KPIs.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to build the best solutions, manage backlog, write specs, and guide delivery using story‑mapping techniques.
• Act as the prompt engineer, designing, testing and optimising prompts to ensure high‑quality AI outputs.
• Ensure product quality through rigorous testing, bug‑free releases and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
• Partner with marketing for product‑launch activities and support CS/Sales during customer meetings and webinars.
• Represent PlayPlay in the product community—speaking, sharing insights, and engaging externally.
• Communicate the purpose behind initiatives to align and inspire cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering AI‑powered features with end‑to‑end prompt engineering expertise.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; capable of presenting to the entire company.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: experimenting with new AI models and prototyping ideas quickly in Figma or code.
• Strong execution focus: balancing creativity with disciplined delivery.
• User‑centric mindset: deep empathy for creating delightful experiences.
