🚀 Project Controller (h/f/d)

Overview

The Opportunity We are looking for a Project Controller to support the Senior Project Manager in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive the project’s performance. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, optimizing project profitability, and maintaining compliance with internal and external standards. This position offers the chance to work on complex, high-impact projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
• Optimize project cash flow, revenues, and gross margin in collaboration with the Project Director
• Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including currency, tax, and guarantee exposures
• Support the preparation of project invoices and site-level accounting
• Contribute to monthly project reviews and cost control reporting
• Align financial planning with project controls, scheduling, and risk management
• Assist in claim management, insurance cases, and contractual follow-up
• Promote a culture of integrity, safety, and accountability across all project phases

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Office
• Self-driven and proactive personality
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
• Experience in project finance, reporting, and risk management

Votre Impact

• Assurer un reporting et des prévisions financières précis tout au long du projet
• Optimiser les flux de trésorerie, les revenus et la marge brute avec le Directeur de Projet
• Suivre et atténuer les risques financiers, y compris les risques de change, fiscaux et de garanties
• Soutenir la préparation des factures du projet et la comptabilité du site
• Contribuer aux revues mensuelles du projet et au contrôle des coûts
• Aligner la planification financière avec le contrôle de projet, la planification et la gestion des risques
• Participer à la gestion des réclamations, des dossiers d’assurance et au suivi contractuel
• Promouvoir une culture d’intégrité, de sécurité et de responsabilité à toutes les étapes du projet

Votre Profil

• Diplôme de Master en économie ou en ingénierie
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
• Sens élevé des responsabilités et de l’engagement
• Excellentes compétences en communication
• Maîtrise d’Excel, SAP et Microsoft Office
• Personnalité autonome et proactive
• Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit
• Expérience en finance de projet, reporting et gestion des risques
