Your mission / impact :
Within the Global Medical Affairs Venous Diseases team, you will assist the Medical Communication team. For this, you will :
- Contribute to the development of symposiums (analysis of competitors' symposiums and news presented at conferences, creation of titles, presentation ideas, presentations, competitive environment),
- Prepare elements for congress webinars,
- Manage project creation of communication tools for congresses,
- Participate in congresses,
- Assist in organizing educational meetings (preparation, agenda, formatting slides...),
- Identify and contact scientific experts,
- Assist in the preparation (ideas) of the medical affairs plan, conduct internet research, and prepare slides for medical plans and internal and external meetings,
- Prepare medical communication events (brochure, invitation, slide preparation, contact with subsidiaries),
- Follow up on elements on the Global Medical Affairs Portal.
