Job Title
Directeur(rice) Marketing H/F
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CEO and leadership team to co‑construct the global marketing strategy and support company growth goals.
- Define and execute the lead‑generation acquisition strategy, including partner acquisition and customer extension.
- Design, deploy, supervise and optimize multichannel, ABM campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, content, events, webinars).
- Build and maintain data‑driven marketing processes and dashboards (KPIs, ROI, CAC, lead attribution).
- Manage marketing budget, external agencies and automation tools.
- Oversee website evolution and ensure an effective customer journey.
- Coordinate international operations (Europe, USA) and oversee a 6‑person marketing team, including a creative studio.
- Ensure alignment with Sales, Partnerships and Product teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 5 years in growth marketing and lead generation.
- Proven experience managing multichannel ABM go‑to‑market for B2B SaaS.
- Strong written communication skills in French and English.
- Knowledge of the US market.
- Proven leadership ability – able to motivate and develop a team.
- Strategic, analytical, rigorous and results‑oriented; capable of translating vision into execution.
- Bonus: familiarity with Lean, operational excellence and 4.0 manufacturing domains.
