Description
We are looking to add consultants to our team as part of our rapidly growing Workday consulting practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the transformation to cloud-based services. This role combines skills in requirements analysis, workshop facilitation, customer management and product configuration to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Regardless of whether you have experience with Workday or not, the goal is to certify you in Workday within BNB and train you to specialize in the implementation of Workday’s Absence & Time Tracking module. We will provide you with all the tools and support you need to develop your expertise and succeed in this role.
As a Workday HCM Functional Consultant, you will be part of a team of professional services consultants to analyze clients’ business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions, enhancing organizational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Contribute as a Functional Consultant in a Workday Absence & Time Tracking implementation or maintenance project, ensuring compliance with Italian labour regulations .
Lead working sessions or meetings with large, global organizations to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, with a strong focus on Absence & Time Tracking specific to the Italian market .
Design, prototype, configure, test, and deliver the Workday Absence & Time Tracking module , always keeping the needs of employees, people managers, and business leaders at the centre of design and deployment decisions.
Prepare and create Workday prototypes and demos , ensuring alignment with Italian legal requirements for absence and time management.
Apply Workday Best Practices while also considering the complexities of Italian absence and time regulations, ensuring the effective resolution of critical issues.
Maintain proactive communication with customer stakeholders, managing expectations and providing expert guidance on absence and time tracking solutions in Italy .
Act as an expert (SME) in Absence & Time Tracking, proposing solutions that support customer decision-making while ensuring local compliance.
Ensure seamless collaboration with other Workday Workstreams to deliver an integrated solution that meets Italian-specific needs.
Regularly report task progress to the Project Manager (PM) and contribute to overall project success.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing in the field of Workday Absence & Time Tracking.
This role requires a strong understanding of Italian labour law related to absence and time tracking, as these regulations are particularly complex and require specialized expertise.
Qualifications
Whatever your degree, you must have a clear understanding of how technology transforms the way organizations manage Absence & Time Tracking and adapt to Italian labour regulations.
Strong knowledge of Italian labour laws related to Absence & Time Tracking , with the ability to translate legal requirements into system configurations.
Experience in implementing Absence & Time Tracking solutions in Workday or other HR systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
Whatever your degree, you must have a clear understanding of how technology transforms the way organizations manage Absence & Time Tracking and adapt to Italian labour regulations .
Having a Workday HCM certification is preferred , and a commitment to obtaining and maintaining Workday certifications is required :)
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team project.
Strong customer-facing skills, with a strong desire to collaborate and deliver solutions.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and manage multiple priorities to achieve objectives.
Understanding of cross-functional system requirements and ability to promote efficient data and system cooperation, particularly in absence and time management.
Strong willingness to continuously learn and grow professionally.
Fluent inItalian and English (Spanish or French is a plus!).
Work location: Milan . Availability to travel when needed.
This role requires a strong understanding of Italian absence and time-tracking regulations, as well as the ability to translate legal requirements into system configurations.
