🚀 Events director for weekly gamified events - big commission earning

Overview

We’re Hiring: Event Director – Milan. Location: Milan, Italy. Type: Part-Time / Freelance.

ChallenZee turns social gatherings — morning, afternoon, or night — into gamified competitive events where people connect, have fun, and win prizes. We’re an early-stage startup launching our first events in Milan and we need a strong Event Director to make it happen.

Your Role

• Connect with onboarded venues, shape 3 tailored event formats that fit their space, customers & goals
• Define venue earning model & booking price (including prize value, animator cost, etc.)
• Assign & manage animators/hosts to run each event
• Deliver final event setup to the ChallenZee marketing team to launch campaigns & secure bookings

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in event production, nightlife, or experiential marketing
• Strong ability to work with venue owners & create event formats
• Leadership skills to manage a small team of animators/hosts
• Based in Milan or willing to travel frequently
