Position: Community Manager Junior

Are you passionate about communication, community building, and the power of shared ideas?

The Associazione Multipotenziali Italia is seeking a motivated Community Manager Junior to support and grow our community on Instagram and Telegram .

This is a volunteer position – remote collaboration.

We are the first Italian organization dedicated entirely to multipotentiality : promoting awareness, connections, and opportunities for people with diverse interests and talents.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and animate our communities on Instagram and Telegram.
2. Encourage interaction with the audience, moderating comments and messages.
3. Contribute to organic growth strategies for the communities.

Qualifications:

• Genuine interest in multipotentiality and personal growth.
• Strong communication skills and creativity in managing online conversations.
• Collaborative spirit, proactivity, and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with Instagram and Telegram as a user.
• Practical experience in Social Media & Community Management.
