Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand, and drive sales.
• Customer & Partner Management: Build relationships with clients, conduct business reviews, resolve customer concerns, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and manage sales activities using CRM.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with various teams to align sales efforts, provide field feedback, lead sales teams, set performance expectations, and foster a high-performance culture.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
• Strong decision-making skills for handling complex and urgent situations.
• Work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.
• Proficiency in English, with good communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to accept overseas travel; overseas work experience is preferred.
