Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with support functions to generate demand and convert leads.
  • Customer & Partner Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Provide sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
  • Track regional performance metrics like revenue, margins, and conversion rates.
  • Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • Work with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts.
  • Provide field feedback to influence product and service development.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members.
  • Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for improvement.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations.
  • Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work with clear objectives, coordinate tasks, and accept overseas travel; overseas work experience is preferred.
