Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the tax incentives team to support legal analyses related to fiscal incentives (patent box, tax credit for research, development and innovation).
- Verify that IP rights align with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
- Maintain and manage documentation related to IP topics (trademarks, patents, designs, models, copyright, SIAE registrations, etc.).
- Engage in projects at national and international levels, working with professionals to develop expertise.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience at leading national or international firms or consulting companies.
- Master ́s degree in Law with a grade of at least 100/110.
- Admitted to the Bar (abilitazione all ́esercizio della professione).
- Strong command of English, preferably with study or work experience abroad.
- Good knowledge of Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
