Overview

The role focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficiency through repairs, preventive actions, and improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis and root cause research
• Perform maintenance work on facilities
• Support Autonomous Maintenance
• Perform commissioning of new plants
• Follow the management of spare parts
• Perform analysis of replaced components
• Manage the maintenance box
• Collaborate to create a zero-failure culture
• Environmental management

Requirements

• Diploma from a technical institute with a mechanical-mechatronics focus
• Knowledge of basic mechanical technology, including elements of electromechanics
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, hydraulics and electronics
• Knowledge of machine tools and/or assembly lines
• Knowledge of mechanical drawing
• Diagnostic skills
• Relational and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Residence in the surrounding areas of Reggio Emilia is appreciated
