Senior Localization Project Manager (Enterprise - Rome, on-site)

Location: Rome, Italy. On-site position within Translated's enterprise team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire service offering for assigned enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time delivery (OTD).
• Coordinate a team of Project Managers for assigned clients, ensuring processes drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• Directly manage complex or strategic projects during onboarding, launches, and ongoing client collaboration.
• Serve as the primary Project Manager contact in your time zone, attend meetings, and present production data and improvement plans during business reviews.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Note: This position may require working on holidays and/or weekends if necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Localization and Project Management
• Self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented with ownership and accountability; comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex information
• Strong organizational skills with prioritization and attention to detail
• Proven localization and internationalization knowledge, including localization processes and technology
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• People management experience preferred
