Overview

DM Management & Consulting develops innovative MES/MOM systems for factory management, quality control, machine interconnection, production data collection and analysis, maintenance and real-time monitoring of production departments. In 2022, it became part of the TXT Group, leading to the consolidation and strengthening of its market presence, broadening and expanding TXT's IoT and Smart Solution portfolio. To expand our team, we are looking for an Application Consultant for our Parma office.

Main activities

• Functional analysis for customer requests
• Functional assistance for customer reports
• Testing standard or custom customer software procedures
• Customer staff application training

Technical skills required

• Excellent knowledge of the Production area
• Good knowledge of SQL language
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office use (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of using Windows 10-11
• English language knowledge at a minimum level of B2
• Good teamwork ability and clear communication skills with the client

Education

Degree in Engineering Management or equivalent
