🚀 ERP Specialist - SAP FI

For our client, an international leading Cosmetics Company, we are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist with proved experience as a functional analyst in SAP FI-CO . This figure will play a key role in managing the different international projects of the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Financial and Controlling processes for both national and international Projects.
• Design and implement SAP FI-CO solutions.
• Configure the SAP system to meet business needs and ensure data integrity.
• Support testing, training, and user adoption.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in SAP FI-CO, preferably in the Retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and SAP best practices.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Location : Bergamo - hybrid (40% of smartworking on a monthly basis, with the possibility to use the Milan office once a week).
