• Image of the company for passengers, Brand Ambassador and guarantee of quality of onboard services.
• Point of reference for travelers on board and at the station: accepting, orienting and informing customers.
• Verify travel titles and regularize if needed.
• Responsible for safe, punctual and comfortable transport, respecting rules, procedures and safety norms even under stress.
• Promotional, sales and realization of services.
• Customer orientation and service in line with expectations.

Requisiti

• Age 18–29.
• High‑school diploma (subject list available).
• English B2 or higher.
• Preference: residence in Liguria.
• Preference: diploma grade.
