We are currently looking for Maintenance Control Center Specialists to be based in Villafranca, Verona.

Position at a glance

Monitoring in real time aircraft defect and coordination of technical assistance;

Managing of aircraft deferred defects (MELs);

Assistance to crew and technicians in case of technical defects and AOGs;

Managing of aircraft spare parts order and shipping during an AOG;

Day by day managing and monitoring of aircraft planned inspections;

Creation of a weekly plan of aircraft rotation to meet all requirement of aircraft inspections;

Keep constantly informed the CAMO structure regarding the airworthiness status of the fleet;

Work in conjunction with OCC (Operations Control Center) to minimize technical delays.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office package, IT competent
  • General knowledge of an aircraft structure & system and applicable documentation
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication (Italian and English languages, Aviation technical language)
  • Previous experience in a CAMO (or MRO) Organization preferred but not mandatory

Additional or advantageous skills

  • Knowledge of SAP Software
  • Previous experience on EMB190 and/or A320 aircraft and/or similar jet airliners
  • Previous experience of working on shifts
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
