About the Role
Weâre looking for an experienced Amazon operator to own the growth of a set of products on Amazon while also taking responsibility for Amazon Account Health. Youâll combine a salesâdriven mindset with attention to detail, ensuring both growth and compliance.
The ideal candidate is highly selfâmotivated, resultsâdriven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fastâpaced, dynamic environment. Must have experience in growing products on Amazon.
This role is about managing the growth of products and account health, not managing people. Youâll be accountable for growing your products and ensuring that all listings remain live and active.
What Youâll Do
- Own a set of products endâtoâend: listings, keywords, reviews, copy, images, attributes.
- Optimise listings for conversion and compliance using data insights.
- Analyse performance daily and act quickly to drive sales and profit.
- Monitor the Account Health dashboard, track and resolve cases, and escalate issues when needed.
- Review customer complaints for trends and flag risks early.
- Keep listings aligned with Amazonâs evolving requirements.
- Collaborate with designers on highâimpact visuals.
