🚀 PR & Event Specialist - Chinese Speaker

Location : North of Milan, Italy

Contract : We offer either a Permanent or a Fixed‑Term (renewable) contract, managed through Randstad Italia SpA, with the final determination based on candidate experience.

Salary : Approx. €30,000 to €40,000 gross / year (commensurate with experience)

Language requirement : Proficiency in Italian, English and Chinese is essential

The Role : Your Mission

Based in Milan (North) , you will be the engine behind integrated PR and event strategies, driving visibility for smart devices and key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• PR Strategy : Support the PR Manager in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including major product launches.
• Event Management : Plan, organize, and manage end‑to‑end events (corporate, trade fairs, product launches), ensuring smooth logistics and operations.
• Media Relations : Develop compelling PR content, draft press releases, and manage requests from journalists and key influencers.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the central liaison, coordinating effectively with agencies, vendors, and diverse internal teams (Marketing, Sales, GTM).
• Performance Analysis : Monitor PR and event performance, delivering reports and actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Calendar Management : Maintain organized PR and event calendars, ensuring timely and consistent communication alignment.
• Innovation : Stay sharp on industry trends and competitors, constantly injecting fresh, creative ideas into our audience engagement strategies.

What You Bring

Must-Haves :

• Experience : 2+ years in PR, Communications, and / or Marketing events execution.
• PR & Marketing Knowledge : Solid understanding of key communication channels (PR, events, influencer marketing).
• Project Management : Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Language Skills : Fluent in Italian, Chinese & English (written and spoken).
