At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, the company, and colleagues address and solve complex challenges. Our Advisory offers consulting services in business model transformation, process improvement, digitization, risk management, and finance transactions. As part of the Governance, Risk and Compliance team, you will help companies turn risks into opportunities for organizational improvement and governance evolution to gain a competitive edge.

You will work with top-tier national and international clients on projects such as:

• Internal control and risk assessment in the industrial sector
• Legislative compliance (Decree no. 231, SOX, 262, anti-bribery)
• Integrated compliance
• Internal auditing
• Designing internal control systems
• Studying industrial sector legislation and its impact
• Developing governance and organizational models for corporate transformation

Your Skills and Characteristics

This opportunity is ideal if you:

• Have a master’s degree in business, management, finance, or controlling
• Are interested in corporate governance
• Have excellent English skills, preferably with international study or work experience
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office

The successful candidate will be goal-oriented, problem-solver, communicative, team-oriented, innovative, and client-focused.
