Field Service Engineer – Ricoh Graphic Communication (FIRENZE)

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Ricoh industrial printers and production printing devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults and provide on‑site support for customers.
• Update firmware, enable advanced features and train customers on product use.
• Respond to technical assistance calls in compliance with corporate SLA.
• Monitor device performance continuously and propose improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in production printing, graphic art or graphic communication.
• Strong knowledge of printing technologies, network configuration and digital multifunction devices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnostic tools and firmware updates.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive problem solving and ability to work independently in a team.
• Diploma in IT, electronics or related field (preferred).
• Certifications on Ricoh products or printing sector (preferred).
• Driver’s licence (P) for on‑site visits (preferred).
