Responsibilities

• You will provide remote technical support to service technicians and/or customers regarding diagnostic issues, repair procedures, and vehicle systems.
• You will guide troubleshooting processes for complex electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
• You will document support cases, resolutions, and recommended procedures in internal systems.
• You will collaborate with engineering, product, or field service teams for escalated issues.
• You will stay up to date with new vehicle technology, diagnostic methods, and service bulletins.

Qualifications

• You have a technical degree, preferably in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• You know automotive electric/electronics systems, including vehicle architectures, vehicle busses and technologies in general.
• You have a strong passion for cars and automotive business in general, with a special focus on new technologies, trends and innovation.
• You have good planning and self-management skills, and you are used to achieving of goals in prearranged deadlines while balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities.
• Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
