Responsibilities

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
• Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
• Stay up to date with new products & company updates

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) & good English (B2+)
• Excellent communication & empathy skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon

• 1,000 €/month base (×14 months) + 100 €/performance bonus (×12 months)
