Responsibilities

  • Receive or define together with the line manager the sale objectives that his zone of competence should reach in precise and preassigned times.
  • Draft a specific sales plan for the area of competence and coordinate a group of agents or promoters until reaching the agreed objectives.
  • Coordinate and monitor the trend of receipts in the own area of competence.
  • Engage his collaborators in order to acquire new customers.
  • Research and propose to the Commercial Direction new resources to insert in the corporate body in order to increase the business in the area of competence.
  • Participate actively in the training of the new collaborators to insert in the corporate body.
  • Draft periodic reports concerning the market trend to share with the Commercial Direction. These very detailed reports must be able to provide a panorama as complete as possible on the activity of competitors, new sales trends and proposals aimed at increasing business opportunities.
  • Manage the team.
  • Organize and direct the team work, ensuring information, training, coaching and supervision.
  • Monitor team performance, identifying the skills and gaps in performance and taking action to fill them in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Human Resources.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Laurea in Agraria Sciences or similar.
  • At least 3 or 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Knowledge of the nutritional needs of crops.
  • Knowledge of the main crop defence strategies.
  • Knowledge of the main nutritional products sold.
  • Capacity to relate.
  • Spirit of initiative.
  • Capacity to work in team.
  • Dynamics.
