What You’ll Do

• Support Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with product use, troubleshooting, and warranty queries
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
• Stay up to date with new products and company updates

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Italian (C1–C2) and good English (B2+)
• Excellent communication and empathy skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ready for an on‑site role in beautiful Lisbon

What You’ll Get

• Base salary 1,000 €/month (×14 months) + performance bonus 100 €/month (×12 months)
