We are looking for a resource who, after a period of on-the-job training, will manage the technical IT assistance for users remotely and onsite, at the company headquarters. In addition, he/she will provide support in the continuous updating of the information system, in order to improve the management of the service itself.

• IT high school diploma or participation in specific technical courses;
• Proficiency in both Italian and English;
