THE MISSION

You are the favorite parent of Mama!

The key link between the General Manager and the Human Resources Department located at the groups headquarters (Paris France) you are in charge of all management and administration of staff within the establishment.

You are the HR ambassador for a team of a hundred people through a welcoming quirky and friendly atmosphere that you create. Our staff must be in good hands with you.

You ensure the Mama experience for our teams and create a positive and stimulating environment for each employee.

You manage Payroll in its entirety and are the direct contact for various organizations.

You recruit and support all the department heads in their function as well as in their daily management.

• You have natural authority but deep down a heart of gold.
• You have a good level of English so when youre asked How would you describe Comoto a first-time visitor youll know how to guide the guest.
• The 30 lines of pay slips dont scare you youve seen worse.
