Field Service Engineer (Emilia Romagna)

We are currently looking for a field service engineer who will have the possibility to conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. The engineer will diagnose system failures, determine the most cost‑effective solution, and may develop new customer service/product agreements. They will respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory and use critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions. Strong communication skills, honesty, and empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support and on‑site assistance.
• Escalate complex issues to higher levels of technical support.
• Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Bio/Tech/Electronic secondary school diploma; proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Open to travel; a driving license is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian.
• Ability to work autonomously and be a team player.
