🚀 Account executive

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT solutions, preferably in the e-commerce sector. The AE will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. We are seeking a highly proactive and driven person who can effectively manage the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
2. Manage the entire sales process, including business meetings, proposal presentations, negotiations, and post-sales follow-up
3. Build and sustain solid relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact and promoting up-selling opportunities
4. Collaborate with the customer success and customer care teams to ensure the effective implementation of solutions and resolve any issues
5. Achieve assigned sales targets
6. Keep CRM information consistently updated

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of proven experience in selling IT solutions, preferably in SaaS companies
2. Excellent communication skills with a strong aptitude for interpersonal relationships
3. Proficiency in English (ability to work with international clients)
4. Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to independently achieve sales targets
5. Deep understanding of the IT solutions sales cycle
6. Knowledge of leading CRM software for sales management (Salesforce, HubSpot)
7. Availability for business travel to attend events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities
