Overview
Commercial Management Traineeship Programme (CMT) – Italy at AB InBev. 18‑month program starting in August 2026. This role is an internship track designed to develop future leaders in Sales and Commercial functions.
What is it?
Our Commercial Management Traineeship (CMT) programme is an 18‑month program designed for junior talent to develop at the frontline of our business in either On‑trade sales (pubs, bars, clubs) or Off‑trade sales (supermarkets, retailers). You will build relationships with customers, pursue new customers, negotiate deals with business owners, and look for ways to activate brands and gain market share. You will develop strong management skills and learn about our business strategy to prepare you to become a future leader in Sales and Commercial roles. The program uses a 70‑20‑10 learning approach : 70% on‑the‑job, 20% exposure to other experiences, 10% formal learning and training.
Responsibilities
- Engage on the frontline of the business in On‑trade or Off‑trade sales.
- Build relationships with customers, pursue new business, negotiate deals, and activate brands to grow market share.
- Develop management skills and learn AB InBev’s business strategy to prepare for future Sales and Commercial leadership roles.
- Apply the 70‑20‑10 learning model to development and training.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- You must have graduated (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's, Master's (or equivalent) degree.
- You should have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships / volunteers / student jobs not included).
- Fluent English and the local language of the country of application.
- A valid permanent visa / work permit in the country of application is required.
- Full driving license is required.
- Willingness to be fully mobile within your country and possibly assigned to a different region from your current location.
