What You’ll Do

Who You Are
- A go-getter with a degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
- 3+ years of experience in technical or commercial roles, ideally in sales or business development.
- A natural negotiator with a flair for closing deals and building trust.
- Fluent in English (B2/C1) and comfortable with Italian, with a global mindset to connect with international clients.
- Tech-savvy, with strong skills in MS Office and experience using ERP/CRM systems.
- Energetic, curious, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
