🚀 Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Italy. This offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Help facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation
• Maintain employee records and databases
• Support HR projects such as employee surveys and training initiatives
• Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and communications
• Participate in organizing company events and recognition programs
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
