Client Advisor (Rome)

We are recruiting Client Advisors in Rome. This is a unique opportunity to join Diesel at a time of strong growth and transformation, becoming part of a team that sets new standards in client experience and style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act and think first of the client and their experience, having an in‑depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
  • Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in‑store experience at all times.
  • Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
  • Create a long‑term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
  • Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximise sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
  • Prove Brand and product knowledge.
  • Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
  • Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, stay up‑to‑date with new fashion trends and competitors.
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand‑crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales roles is a plus; experience in structured fashion, luxury or retail companies is a plus. Passionate about retail, client service and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
  • Strong communication skills. Willingness to evolve in the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
  • Strong competencies in decision making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer and execution.
