Sales Associate - Store Verona

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Woolrich store in Verona. The role focuses on delivering a premium retail experience, supporting store operations, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and exceed turnover targets.
• Deliver a Premium consumer experience.
• Be a strong presence on the shop floor to accomplish customer expectations.
• Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock.
• Monitor and share consumer feedback.

Customer Experience & Operation Tasks

• Act as a Brand Ambassador and product expert.
• Engage with consumers and provide the right product, fit and style to meet individual interests, goals and motivation.
• Ensure visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times.
• Ensure products are replenished and available to meet consumer needs.
• Run efficiently all store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Previous work experience as a Sales Assistant and/or Sales Support in a premium retail industry.
• Understanding of visual merchandising approach.
• Used to work on flexible opening hours.
• Strong customer service skills and product knowledge.
• Fluent in English.

Working schedule: Part time.
