Your life on board :

You will be fully aligned to the Company revenue strategy acting as a focal point to illustrate and propose services and products offered onboard to meet the different needs of guests..

Demonstrate your passion :

You will scout potential customers by using a push and pull strategy and directly sell products and services or pivot guests towards different business owners to support and increase their performance.

Getting Things Right :

You will present at different touch points around the ship, boost the onboard revenue through cross selling and up selling techniques.

Safety First :

As company values Ambassador, you will fully represent the company culture and W.I.D.E.R. Traits.

What makes you unique :

• You have indulged your passion by obtainingSecondary school diploma or degreein tourism or languages.
• You have previous experienceat least 1 year in Retail / Saleswithgood interpersonal skills
• You have a good command ofEnglish and Italian(at least at C1 level) plus an additional European language withinFrench or Germanat level B2 level
• You have time management and planning capabilities, Internal customer orientation, good communication skills, and stakeholder management.
