🚀 IT Manager - R&D

Overview

For an important manufacturing company with national and international presence, we are looking for an IT Manager with a focus on the R&D/Product Engineering area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team in analyzing requirements and designing digital solutions for product engineering.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of IT projects, from planning to delivery and maintenance.
• Oversee software, licenses, and compliance, optimizing costs and resolving application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating operational needs into technical requirements.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in multinational environments.
• In-depth knowledge of PLM and CAD systems.
• Skills in managing IT projects and application maintenance vendors.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
