We are looking for a dynamic project developer based in Milan or Verona, Italy. You will join our project development team, managing around 85 MW of authorized projects and 500 MW in development. Your contribution to the energy transition

As a project developer, you will manage all phases of solar project development, including identification, evaluation, and realization. Reporting to the Senior Project Development Manager, your tasks include:

1. Manage the entire project development process from grid connection request to RTB status.
2. Manage project development consultants, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Work with local authorities for permits, licenses, and environmental assessments.
4. Develop and maintain networks with stakeholders at various levels.
5. Handle budgetary responsibilities and financial planning for specific projects.
6. Support the department during budgeting and forecasting.
7. Provide regular updates on project progress.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Your energy is required

We value candidates with:

• 1-3 years of experience in project development.
• Knowledge of the Italian renewable energy market and legislation.
• Understanding of utility regulation and renewable energy business.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize.
• Self-directed work ethic and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with MS Project and Office Suite.
• Good communication skills.
• Professionalism, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
