Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

The Role: Receptionist

As our Receptionist, you will be the ambassador of GA-Alliance , managing the front-of-house operations with excellence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and warm manner.
  • Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, couriers, etc.).
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments and reservations as needed.
  • Office Support: Maintain the tidiness and professionalism of the reception and common areas. Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
  • Security & Protocol: Ensure all visitor protocols are followed, issuing visitor passes and maintaining security awareness at the front desk.



Qualifications & Skills

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role, preferably in a corporate or legal environment.
  • Exceptional professional presentation and demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in Italian and English is essential;
    proficiency in other languages is a strong plus).
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive, helpful, and client-focused attitude.
