🚀 Italy Smartphone Gtm

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for country level overall planning development and management
2. Interfacing with relevant departments within the country, e.G. Sales, Delivery, etc., to develop and monitor PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) plans on a weekly basis for early warning and daily coordination;
   
3. Supply and demand management: liaise with regional/headquarter supply chain, coordinate with supply and demand issues, and ensure balanced supply and demand tempo;
   
4. Demand analysis: Responsible for the overall national demand analysis, serve as the planning interface between the country and the region and HQ, according to the overall strategy of the region/HQ, output the planning suggestions for the country, and provide supply inputs for the related parties;
   
5. Analyze forecast variances to improve forecast accuracy

Requiremens：

1.Bachelor degree or above, at least 8 years'working experience in consumer goods industry, experience in production, supply and marketing of smartphone

3.Strong learning ability, data analysis ability and logical thinking ability;

4.Meticulous and capable of dealing with details;

5.Strong cross-functional coordination skills;

6.Like to work ina fast-paced mode, have a strong interest in technology products, and be able to independently undertake the corresponding work

7.Fluent in English and Chinese
