A leading medical technology company is seeking a clinically experienced
Clinical Specialist
to support organ transplant procedures across the region. This role involves hands-on work with advanced organ preservation systems, supporting the
preservation, transportation, and clinical assessment
of donor organs including heart, lung, and liver.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage organ preservation technology during retrieval and transport missions. Provide clinical support to transplant teams during organ preservation and assessment. Ensure compliance with protocols and safety standards during all procedures. Deliver training and education to hospital staff and transplant teams. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for each case. Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends. Collaborate with internal teams to improve clinical workflows and outcomes.
Qualifications
Clinical background in
perfusion ,
organ transplantation ,
cardiology , or
critical care . Experience with
ECMO ,
cardiopulmonary bypass , or organ preservation systems is highly desirable. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
